Policies:

• Rates are quoted double occupancy, pre-tax and include a country gourmet breakfast. Call for off season rates or special packages. • Other meals are available at an additional charge by advance arrangement. We are pleased to offer meals compatible with various dietary preferences; please inquire at time of reservation. • We request a 50% deposit for multiple night stays, and the balance in full for single night stays, payable upon confirmation. • For your convenience, we are pleased to accept payment in the form of MC, Visa, cash, personal check, or traveler's checks. • Cancellation Policy: In the event you need to cancel, we retain all monies on deposit for notice given less than 30 days in advance unless we are able to re-book the room. Greater than 30 days’ notice will be charged a $25 cancellation fee to cover our processing costs and the cost of re-booking the room. Forfeited deposits may be credited towards rebooking the room at a future date. After 3:00 p.m. on your check-in day, no refunds will be given. • 1 night minimum stay - except during Stampede Week and Western Design Conference. • Open Year Round!
