Policies:

To guarantee a room, a deposit equaling one night's rate plus applicable tax is required at the time the reservation is made. This can be charged to a major credit card. The deposit is applied to the last night's stay and the balance is due and payable upon arrival at the Inn. There will be no refunds for early departures. A $20 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation and for each room cancelled. If the cancellation request is received two (2) days (48 hours) prior to arrival or less, the guest will be responsible for full payment of the entire reservation. We require a 4 night minimum stay during Furniture Market & a 3 night minimum stay during Elon University's Graduation. Both of these dates are guaranteed reservations with full payment in advance & no refunds upon cancellation. Elon University's move-in weekend & Family Weekend have a 2 night minimum stay required with a 30 day cancellation policy. Homecoming Weekend at Elon University has a 2 night minimum stay required with a 14 day cancellation policy. Other Holidays and Special Events are subject to specific rules. Some discounts can apply for weekday or extended stays. There will be a $25.00 charge per person beyond two guests in each room. Check in after 3:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday and after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, (if you are arriving later than 5:00 p.m. please let us know so that we may prepare for your late arrival). Check out by 11:00 a.m. The Inn is NON Smoking except on the veranda and grounds. Visa, MasterCard and American Express gladly accepted. Gift Certificates available.
