One nights deposit to secure a reservation. A full refund of the deposit (less a $10.00 service charge per room) will be given if cancellation is received more than 14 days in advance. If reservations are cancelled less than 14 days in advance, your deposit will be returned less the cancellation fee only if the accommodation is rebooked. Check in time is between 3 and 6pm, special arrangements must be made to check in before 3 or after 6pm. Check out is 11am. All rooms are nonsmoking. Bedlam Bed and Breakfast is not child proof but we welcome children over 12 years of age. You'll be please to know that all our rooms have private baths plus private entrances to each room. Our two Jack Russel Terriers are very territorial so other pets don't work so well. Lucky and Prudence do win peoples hearts by the time they leave. However, the Fountain Hills Vet Hospital and Clinic offers boarding at 480-837-9261. The Bedlam B&B is located at the north edge of Fountain Hills.
