Big Bear Motel is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 24 hours in advance with 4pm being the cut off time on the day prior to your arrival date. Our special properties have a 72 hr cancel policy. eg. Ranch & town houses. Regular check-in times are 1pm - 6:30pm. For your convenience we do offer 24 hour check-in. Please call if arriving outside of regular check-in times to make arrangements. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 24 hours, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your first nights reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests.
