Reservations The Blue Heron Inn is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Please make reservations in advance whenever possible. A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay or half of the reserved nights is required to reserve a room. The deposit can be secured by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, but we would prefer payment with a personal check or cash at the time of check in. Cancellations If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date. There will be a 10% cancellation processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a partial or full refund will be made. Children The Inn and it’s location are not suited for small children. For Your Comfort We are a nonsmoking inn. Smoking is permitted outside only. If there is evidence of smoking in the room, the fee for one room night will be charged for fumigating and cleaning the room. Pets are accommodated by special arrangement and only in the Carriage House. Check-In Time: 3:00 - 6:00 PM Please advise us if you are unable to arrive during these hours. Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Exceptions must be pre-arranged.
