Arbor House Inn is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Your Colorado vacation reservation at the Arbor House Inn requires a 50% deposit or a minimum of one night to confirm your reservation. If staying one night only, full payment will be required at time of booking. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. There will be a $25 processing fee at that time. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 (fourteen) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. The room is yours for the entire time reserved. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made with a $25 per day booked processing fee. Rates/ policies are subject to change, and rates may vary during high-impact periods and special events. Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make other arrangements. Check-out: 10:00 AM. For your health and ours, we are a nonsmoking establishment. This property is not suitable for children or pets. Our resident dachshunds, Stinkerbelle ane Boo, are generally on duty as greeters (they bark) and would prefer not to share their guests with other pets. Two guests maximum per room.
