Policies:

To reserve your room, we require full advance payment for one-night stays and a 50% deposit for multiple-night stays. Since our inn is very small, your reservation is important and very special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than a fourteen-day notice or if you must shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we are able to rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Our normal check-in time is between 4pm and 7pm. If you need to arrive before or after this time period, please call to make arrangements. Our check-out time is noon. In order to ensure a peaceful stay for our adult guests, we choose not to accommodate pets or children. Smoking is permitted outside, but not in the inn or barns. We will serve a full gourmet breakfast at 8:00am. Please let us know if you prefer breakfast at an earlier or later time or if you have any dietary preferences or restrictions.
