A deposit of 50% of entire stay is taken upon reservation (100% if stay is one night only). Arrowhead Bed & Breakfast is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $20 processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests. Arrowhead Bed & Breakfast is a fresh air inn. Smoking is allowed only on the patio or the Great Outdoors! Full Breakfast at 8:30 am. Check-in times are 3pm - 9pm Mountain Standard Time. If arriving outside of check-in times please call to make arrangements. A $25 late check-in fee may be charged. Well behaved children of all ages are welcome. Happy Trails.....
