CANCELLATIONS: As a small inn, cancellations affect us greatly. To cancel a reservation for one room, please notify us 14 days prior to your arrival date. If you have reserved 2 or more rooms, we will need 30 days notice. You will not be charged if the room(s) is re-booked. There is a $20 process fee for canceling your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for any reason at any time. SMOKING POLICY: The Birmingham Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking inn. Smoking is allowed only in the garden area. Thank you for your cooperation. PETS: Pets are allowed in the Monroe Cottage and there is a additional fee of $10 per pet per night. Please visit our website to review our "pet policy."
