The Apple Inn Bed & Breakfast is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. Reservations are held with a one nights deposit using Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests. The seven day policy may be extended for holidays, special events and/or groups of 3 rooms or more. The Apple Inn is a non-smoking Bed & Breakfast. If evidence of smoking is found a $150 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card. Designated smoking areas are available outside. Check-In is at 3pm and Check-Out is 11am. If you are arriving after 7pm please call 828-693-0107 and we will make special arrangements for your arrival.
