Black Heron Inn is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. The full payment is due in advance and is processed immediately upon reservation. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $25 per night processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Our current rates are $225-325* per room per night plus applicable taxes. Single occupancy is $50.00 less per night, except on weekends. . Two Night Minimum with most Saturday reservations. A continental breakfast is provided in your guest room before you arrive. You are given extra supplies to last throughout your stay so that we may offer you complete privacy. All guest rooms have beautiful views. All guest rooms are equipped with wet bars, coffee makers, TVs, telephones, refrigerators, robes, and WI-FI access. Please be careful not to spill wine, coffee, or juice on our marble wet bars. Thank you! **Please note that you will be on your own during your stay. If you need assistance our innkeepers will be on call, but we will provide you with extra towels. We recyle and have trash bins near the driveway. **Please note that cell phones, GPS, Mapquest, and other electronic devices often do not work in the Point Reyes area. **It is extremely important that you follow our directions to the Black Heron Inn. We are in the country which is very dark at night and our directions are specific and written so our guests will not get lost. Please refer to our map and directions page on our site: www.blackheroninn.com There is a self Check in at the Black Heron Inn from 3:30 p.m. A welcome note with your name on it will greet you. There are phone numbers for you to call should you have questions or an emergency on your welcome note. Check out is at 11:00 a.m., please no exceptions. Please do not bring your pets. We have an abundance of wildlife at the Point Reyes seashore to keep you company. Please no smoking, candles or incense. Designated smoking areas are located outside.
