Do's and Don'ts of the Inn Please remember we want your stay with us to be very comfortable as well as peaceful. These are just a few reminders to keep in mind while you stay at A Secret Vine. Cancellation Policy. If cancelled 7-14 days before stay you are responsible for 50% of the room cost plus tax. If cancelled 1- 7 days before your stay you are responsible for the entire cost of the room plus tax. This is all contingent upon if we can book the room (we usually have very good luck in booking the rooms again if given at least 7 days, but there is no guarantee). Absolutely NO smoking or candle burning in the rooms. If smoking or candle burning is suspected there will be a cleaning fee of $100. Please no bath beads or bath bubbles to be used in the whirlpool tubs, If used you will be charged $25. These things gum up the jets in the tubs. We ask that you respect the rights other guests to enjoy the private and peaceful nature of our Bed and Breakfast. Loud and/or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Check in 3PM or any time after 3PM. Your room will be unlocked and the key will be on the table. Check out time is noon. Breakfast will be served at 9:30 AM in your room, excludes Schwinn and GT Rooms
