Policies:

An Inn by the Bay is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the balance due on arrival. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7(seven) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable during their time at An Inn by the Bay. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for all. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. If arriving outside of check-in times please call to make arrangements. Early check-in is also allowed. Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. Holiday and in-season weekends are subject to minimum stays. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the house. Small pets are welcome in post, off, and pre-seasons. We're sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets during the season. (No Pets-May 26th - September 10th) Children over 12 are welcome guests.
