Dear Guests of Acorn Hill Bed and Breakfast, We are so happy that you decided to have your vacation with us. Acorn Hill Bed and Breakfast Cancellation Policy For reservations cancelled more than ten days before your stay, we charge a $15.00 per night cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled ten days or fewer prior to the anticipated arrival date, we will charge your credit card for the full amount of your anticipated stay. If we are able to rebook your reservation, we will send you a gift certificate for a midweek stay for the number of days we are able to rebook. GROUP BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY: The cost of the first night's stay or a maximum of $500 is due upon making the reservation. This is a non-refundable deposit. At the time of check-in, this deposit becomes a damage deposit which is refundable if the property is left undamaged and in the agreed upon condition (i.e.dishes washed and put away,etc.). The entire rental fee is due upon arrival and keys will not be distributed until all monies are collected. Other stipulations for a group rental may occur on a case by case basis. We will attempt to maintain privacy by not entering to your room until you have checked out unless there is an emergency. PLEASE, the bathroom towels are for the bathroom only. We have provided beach towels for the pool and a third set of towels for the river/Schlitterbahn or other off-premises activities.
