Carrington's Bluff Bed and Breakfast is a historic property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must CANCEL your reservation of TWO NIGHTS or less, please CALL US AT LEAST 72 (seventy-two) HOURS prior to your arrival date. If your reservation is for THREE OR MORE NIGHTS, you will need to cancel your reservation AT LEAST 7 (SEVEN) DAYS prior to your arrival date. Festivals, football games, and GROUP reservations require a TWO WEEK to ONE MONTH notice. There is also a 15% service charge added to all reservations consisting of groups (3 or more rooms). If you do not receive a cancellation email (with a cancellation number) from us your reservation was NOT canceled. You must have a cancellation number as assurance that we received your cancellation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seventy-two (72) hours notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests. Check-in: 3:00pm - 7:00pm Check-out: 12 noon No Smoking; however, designated areas are available on the porch. Please call if bringing children before booking rooms. If you are planning to bring a pet, please call as we accept pets only on a case-by-case basis and there will also be additional cleaning charges.
