Thank you for choosing to be our guest at Alamo Steet Victiorian Inn. A one night deposit is due when a reservation is made in order for a reservation to be held and the balance is due and to be paid at the end of the cancellation period prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within the cancellation period your balance due is your deposit. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us before you are within the cancellation period 14,30 or 60 days prior to your arrival date for a refund of your deposit less a $35 processing fee per room plus 4.46% for the reversal credit with our merchant services company. *Note: A thirty (30) day cancellation notice is in effect for Summer Season, Convention Season, holidays, special events, multiple room reservations, and whole house reservations. **Weddings and whole house bookings require a 60 Day cancellation period. In the unlikely event that you must cancel within your cancellation peroid, shorten your stay or check out early, you will be given one rain check, good for the balance of the year; if your dates re-book by another party; based on availability. Our main house is not suitable for children under 12 or pets & our home is smoke free. Please ask about our KW House just two blocks away for extended stays and with children and pets. Our property and your room are to be left as found upon arrival to not incur additional charges. Incidentally, we cater to prominent and discerning individuals. Therefore, to protect the privacy & safety of our guests, we do not admit unregistered guests inside the Inn; unless you have reserved a party with us prior to your arrival. Rates and policies are subject to change and vary by season and for special requests. Check-in: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If arriving after 5:00 PM, please call to make arrangements the day of your scheduled arrival. (Always a good idea to call one day prior to your arrival to discuss your check in time so in the unlikely event we are unable to greet you we can be sure you have the door code so you can make yourself at home).
