Bordeaux House is a romantic property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $15 processing fee per room/reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. NOTE: MORE THAN TWO (2) ROOMS IS A GROUP RESERVATION AND THE CANCELLATION POLICY IS DIFFERENT. CONTACT INNKEEPER FOR THAT INFORMATION. Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests. Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Not suitable for children. No Smoking permitted on premises. No Pets; however, information is available for local boarders. Fires in Fireplaces must be attended at all times. Failure to do so results in a $250 fine.
