Thank you for choosing to be our guest at Canyon Lake Ranch or our KW House. A one night deposit is due upon reservation A one night deposit is due upon reservation and the balance is due and to be paid at end of the cancellation period prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within the cancellation period your balance due is your deposit. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14, 30 or 60 days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee per Lodge plus 4% for the reversal credit with our merchant services company. *Note: A thirty (30) day cancellation notice is in effect for Summer reservations, holidays, special events, multiple site reservations, and full ranch accommodation reservations (both lodges). **Note: Wedding Reservations Require a 60 Day cancellation notice. In the unlikely event that you must cancel within your cancellation period, shorten your stay or check out early, you will be given a rain check, good for the balance of the year; if your dates re-book by another party; based on availability. Our Lodge's are smoke free and Longhorn Lodge ONLY is pet friendly. Ask about our KW House in downtown San Antonio for extended stays and with children and pets. Our property and Lodges are to be left as found upon arrival to not incur additional charges. Incidentally, we cater to prominent and discerning individuals. Therefore, to protect the privacy & safety of our guests, we do not admit unregistered guests on the ranch; unless prior arrangements have been made reserving a party with us or day visitors prior to your arrival. Rates and policies are subject to change and vary by season and for special requests. Check-in: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If arriving after 5:00 PM please call to make arrangements the day of your scheduled arrival. (Always a good idea to call one day prior to your arrival to discuss your check in time so in the unlikely event that we are unable to greet you we can be sure you will be able to get into your lodge right away).
