*A full gourmet breakfast is served at our Market Street Inn location* Each additional person age 12 and above, add $25 Children under age 12 are welcome and only $12/child/night - with advance notice. Smoking is NOT allowed INSIDE due to the historic nature of the home. Smoking IS allowed OUTSIDE. If anyone smokes inside, there will be a $100 cleaning fee added to the bill, no questions asked. No Pets Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Personal Checks, Travelers Checks, and Gift Certificates. Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted - you are welcome to bring your own. Deposit Amount Required: Room held with Credit Card or Personal Check (received) - 50% deposit required. Discounts available: Call for corporate and extended stay rates. No minimum stay required. Check In time is anytime after 3:00 P.M. and Check Out time is by 11:00 A.M. Cancellation: Unless given 7 day notice (7 days prior to arrival date) of room cancellation, deposit must be forfeited plus a $25 processing fee. Provided a 7 day notice of cancellation is given, all monies less a $25 processing fee will be refunded. (A ONE-MONTH advance notice is required for Murder Mysteries, or any other event requiring a Full House Rental - otherwise the 50% deposit PLUS a $25 processing fee will be charged.) DERBY requires 50% non-refundable payment upon booking and full payment 60 days ahead, March 1. There is also a 60 day cancellation for DERBY, RYDERS' CUP, etc. Trip Cancellation Plan AVAILABLE - request when making reservation: If you have to cancel up to 3pm EST the day of your arrival, you get a FULL REFUND of your DEPOSIT. The cost of the plan is only 10% of your reserved room rate. Full House Rental Option priced at $825-$869/night.
