Policies:

Amish Country Lodging and its affiliate properties: Main Street B&B, Coblentz Country Cabins, and Pine Cove are small properties where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date. If you must cancel outside of 7 days and it has been longer than 24 hours since you have made your reservation, a $20 processing fee will be charged to your credit card. ALL CANCELATIONS MUST BE MADE OVER THE PHONE; EMAIL CANCELATIONS WILL NOT BE HONORED. In the unlikely event that you must cancel 7 days or less, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Reservations made within 7 days are subject to full charge upon cancelation unless the room is re-booked. Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests. Rates are based on double occupancy. A $10/person fee will be added to the cost of the room for each additional guest over the age of 12. Rabbit and Fox's Den have a 4 person max (including children). Owl, Hawk and Hummingbird have a 6 person max (including children). The Blue Jay's Nest has an 8 person max (including children). Maximums are enforced for the privacy and comfort of fellow guests. Check-in: After 3:00 PM. Check-out: 11 AM on the day of your departure. Children are welcome at our properties. However, parents are responsible for keeping children under control. Children 12 and under are free (please review maximum person enforcements). NO PETS in or at any of our properties. All Rooms are Non-Smoking. There will be a $100 Fee if this policy is broken. NO SMOKING; however outside designated areas are available.
