Baker St. Harbour Waterfront Bed & Breakfast is a small historic property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Rates include a bountiful family style breakfast served at 9 a.m. in our spacious kitchen overlooking beautiful Lake Granbury (time is flexible with groups); complimentary in-room desserts, fresh flowers, coffee/tea, soft drinks, and bottled water.

• Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $35 additional charge per person (over 2 per room - maximum of 10 total guests).
• We prefer payment by cash or check; however we do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover, and reservations are guaranteed with a major credit/debit card. Reservations for all four rooms require a deposit of 1/2 of the total stay.
• If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call or e-mail within 7 days (individual) or 3 weeks (groups) of your arrival date.
• In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than the requested notice, or shorten your stay, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
• A 2-night minimum stay is PREFERRED on weekends to include the day before or day after Friday/Saturday, and also holidays; however, please do call 1-877-578-3684 to inquire about 1-night stays, according to availability.
• Check-in is 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside these times, please call to make arrangements. We like to greet our guests personally; however, in the event we are not available for YOUR checkin, we will leave an envelope at the BACK door, with key & directions to your room(s). Check-out is 12:00 noon.
• Smoking only in designated areas outside please. There will be a $50 charge for a smoking occurrence in our home.
• We provide only flame-free (battery operated) candles in our guest rooms, due to insurance restrictions, and fire hazards. We ask that you use those same guidelines, for YOUR safety, and safety of our property as well.
• Children over the age of 12 are welcome with parental supervision. If all 4 rooms are reserved by one party, children of all ages are welcome.
• Please leave your pets at home, or we can refer you to local kennel services.
• Rates/policies are subject to change and may vary during high impact periods and special requests.
