Brendan Manor Bed & Breakfast is a small historic property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 72 hours* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. If you must cancel or change your reservation, a $35.00 processing fee will be charged to your account. (This fee will be accessed during regular non special events dates). When booking the entire house, or two or more rooms for mutliple days, a 30 day cancellation policy goes into affect. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 30 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that you must take full responsibility for your entire reservation. Full payment of reservation will be charged to your account for entire stay 30 prior to the event unless other payment methods have been completed. Multiple rooms and nights must be paid for 30 days prior to actual reservation and no refunds for will be given. In the event of any change in your reservation during special events or antique weeks, multiple nights with multiple rooms, a $50.00 fee will be charged to your account, even if we are able to rebook your rooms. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special events. *Antique Round Top Weeks and MS-150 Bike ride reservations require a 30 day notice for cancellation. No refund within 30 days of event unless we can rebook the room. Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 11 AM. No Smoking; however designated outdoor areas are available. Brendan Manor is a non-smoking facility. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be accessed if a guest smokes in the house or in their room. We are sorry, but Brendan Manor is a No Pets facility. Children over the age of 12 are welcome with adult supervision. No candles, incense, or open flames please. All regular room rates are based on double occupancy. Corporate rates are based on single occupancy. Additional guest in room is $20.00 per day.
