Alpine Rose Bed & Breakfast is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. To guarantee your reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the reservation total is due 14 days after the reservation is made. In the case where reservations are made for a booking with less than 14 days advance time, we reserve the right to charge a deposit of 50% of the total to a credit card in order to hold the reservation. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and authorize a $25.00 processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Check-in: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 11:30 AM. No Smoking. No Pets; however, local kennels are available in town. Children are welcome in the Family and Efficiency Suites.
