DEPOSIT & CANCEL POLICY: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival and will be charged automatically to the credit card on file. Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of all deposits less the cost of one nights stay. Cancellations made within 45 days will forfeit all monies paid. HOLIDAY/FESTIVAL/GROUP DEPOSIT & CANCEL POLICY: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be charged automatically to the credit card on file. Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of all deposits less the cost of one nights stay. Cancellations made within 60 days will forfeit all monies paid. All rooms are non-smoking and do not allow pets. The credit card on file will be charged $100 per day if any evidence of smoking or pets is found in the unit. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Parking: Complimentary parking is available on site and at the Mountain Village Parking Lot. Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 10:00 AM.
