Policies:

The Big Pine Resort is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and authorize a $25 processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Rates and policies are effective 1-1-2007 and are subject to change without notice. The rates do not include Arizona State Transient Lodging Taxes. •Rates are based upon single/double occupancy for the Small Cabins (up to 4 persons max) and four occupants in the Large Cabin (up to eight persons max). Please add $10 per night for each additional occupant, up to the maximum indicated. Children ages 10 and under are free. •Weekly rates are available and include a 15% Discount. •Check-in time is 3:00 PM -6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. •Office hours are between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, Sundays by appointment. Arrangements will be made for late arrivals. •Check-out time is 11:00 AM. •“Last Minute” stays for the one night might be available if you call the Office no more than one day before. If available, there would be a “Cleaning Surcharge” of $35, plus tax. There are no single night advance reservations available. •All cabins are non-smoking. Ash trays are provided on the decks. •Pets must be house broken and kept in control at all times. Damages by pet or guest are subject to charges. There is no extra fee for pets!
