Accommodations are not suitable for children and adults under 21. Berney/Fly Bed and Breakfast is a small historic property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. A one night deposit is taken upon reservation. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 30 (thirty) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and receive a refund minus a $50.00 processing fee. If you must cancel with less than thirty (30) days notice and before fourteen (14) days notice your deposit will be forfeited and your reservation cancelled. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Rates/policies/reservations are subject to change and vary during high impact periods, special requests and natural disasters. Smoking is not allowed; however, designated outdoor areas are available. We cannot accommodate guest pets Accommodations are not suitable for children and adults under 21. No childcare is provided Consumption of alcohol is permitted Check in time is 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
