Policies:

We are a small inn, and we request that our guests be sure that they are coming before making a reservation. Please review our CANCELLATION policy below before you book. Check-in: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Early check-in is available at additional cost. Check-out: 11:00 AM. WEEKEND BOOKINGS: We usually ask for a two night stay on Summer weekends (Fri-Sun), May 15 through September 8. However, if you desire a one-night stay, please call us. Suite nights are sometimes "orphaned" between extended stays, and one-night stays become available. CHARGES: Upon booking, the credit card that you supplied will be charged for your first night or 50% of your visit, whichever is greater. The balance will be paid at check-in. If you expect to arrive late, the balance will be charged on the first day of your visit when the office closes for the day. EXTRA GUESTS: All room rates are for double occupancy. Extra guests are $25 per night per person. Maximum room occupancies are listed on the "Rooms & Rates" page of our website: www.blueskiesbb.com/rooms.html CANCELLATION: Please give us thirty days notice prior to the date of your stay for return of your deposit, less $50 per day booked. In cases of multiple room bookings, this policy is applied per room booked. Holiday, special event or multiple room bookings require ninety days notice prior to your stay for cancellation. If a stay has been rescheduled and then canceled, no refund will be given. LATE CANCELLATIONS: If it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation less than thirty days (or ninety days in the case of holiday, special-event or multiple-room bookings) prior to the date reserved, the guest assumes financial responsibility for the cost of the entire booking if the innkeepers cannot book the suite for another guest. It is to the guest's advantage to notify us as soon as possible of a cancellation under such circumstances in order to give us the maximum amount of time to re-rent the reserved suite(s). For each day that any reserved suite can be re-rented, the guest will only be charged the normal $50 per day processing fee.
