Centaur Arabian Farms Bed & Breakfast is a small horse property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. A 50% deposit is taken upon reservation. The remainder of your reservation is due upon check-out. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 10 (ten) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and authorize a 10% processing fee of your entire reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. All rooms will accommodate two adults. Children between the ages of 12 months and 5 years may stay in the same room for $25.00 extra fee. Families needing an overflow room, may reserve The Nostalgia Room or The Scout Room for a 30% discount. A maximum of 3 children in the overflow rooms. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 AM. We are a No Smoking property. Please do not handle collectibles or displayed items. Our collectibles and items are on display for your enjoyment and are precious and fragile. Damaged collectibles or items will be charged to the guest credit card on file. Please specify ages of children at time of reservation. We are not responsible for injury or loss of animals. We are sorry but we can not accommodate indoor pets unless they are crated the entire stay. If a disturbance results in your pet being crated, we must ask you to find a local pet boarding facility. We sometimes will extend additional discounts because of unusual circumstances involving weather, repairs, unusable amenities. The discounts and further information will be emailed to you in addition to your confirmation letter.
