The Circle D Motel is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 24 Hours* prior to your arrival to cancel your reservation. Rooms not cancelled prior to 24 hours will be charged a $25.00 “no show fee”. DEPOSITS – A deposit of one nights lodging is required before any reservation is validated. ADDITIONAL PEOPLE IN ROOM – only 1 additional person per room is allowed - $5.00 fee Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events. Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Guests requiring a late check in must call by NOON of the day of check in to make arrangements for keys. CHECK OUT TIME – for departing guests 10:00 AM Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. PETS – allowed at an additional $5.00 fee with a $25.00 deposit.
