Policies:

The One Less Traveled is an exclusive collection of dwellings where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. A 50% deposit is taken upon reservation. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 15 (fifteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less $50 processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fifteen (15) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made less a $50 processing fee. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 90 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time for any reason. Check-in: After 3:00 PM on day of arrival. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Absolutely No Smoking inside or on the premises. No Pets. Children are welcome in selective units, please call to make arrangements. Visiting Agreement Details PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Our goal is to create a superior, and amazingly clean place for you to stay while you visit. In order to maintain this level of quality, we request your cooperation in following these points: Use of Premises: The premises shall be used and occupied by Guest exclusively as a private single/family residence, and neither the premises nor any part thereof shall be used at any time during the term of this lease by Guest for the purpose of carrying on any business, profession, or trade of any kind, or for any purpose other than as a private single/family residence. Visitors: Any persons not named within this contract who occupies the dwelling for longer than 8 hours need to have verbal and/or written permission from the landlord. Pets: No animals of any kind will be allowed on or in the premises. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fine. Carpets: Please do not wear shoes on the carpet. It is brand new. Furnishings: Guest agrees not to modify or move any furnishings. When cleaning is done, moved items may be mistakenly thought to be stolen, and the Guest will be charged for their replacement. Appliances: Guests agree to NEVER leave an appliance running while not at home. If damages occur while Guest is away, Guest will be responsible for all repairs and clean up costs. Examples of this include dishwasher leaks, washer leaks, dryer fires, etc. Alcohol and Smoking: This is a smoke-free, alchohol free, drug free property. Keys: Replacement keys are $5 each. Make sure to return them before leaving. Checkout time: Guests agree to vacate the premises at 11:00 am on the last day of the agreement. Cleaning: Suite will be cleaned once per week. Cleaning service includes mopping, cleaning of bathroom, and linen service. We reserve the right to come in the suite during reasonable hours for maintenance and service.
