Policies:

*Our rates are for single or double-occupancy and include a full breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres, wine and sparkling cider. Appropriate taxes are added. Rates are subject to change depending on the date of reservation and availability. *Cancellation notice must be received no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival in order to receive a refund of your deposit less $20.00 processing fee. If you cancel within the 10 days you will be issued a gift certficate for the deposit amount. The cancellation certificate is good for a 3 month period from the date of cancellation. A 50% advance deposit is taken at the time of reservation if it is for more than 1 night, if the reservation is for one night only the full amount is taken at the time of the reservation and will not be refunded. If you have reserved and do not show up you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. We have a very strict cancellation policie because we are only a 9 room Inn and this is how we make our revenue.* We greatly appreciate your understanding of our policies and greatly appreciate your repeat and new business. The guest's we meet and that continue coming back is what makes this business so incredible!
