Chesny's Keswick Manor is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. As Keswick Manor is a small inn, cancellations and date changes impact us greatly. Cancellation with 7 days or more notice: Refund of deposit less $20.00 service charge. 6 to 3 days notice: 50% of total reservation will be charged. Less than 3 days notice: entire reservation will be charged. A gift certificate will be offered if the cancelled room is rebooked with another guest. All rates are subject to a 6% Michigan sales tax and a 2% convention and visitors tax. A deposit of one night paid in full for single night reservation, or 50% of your entire stay is due when booking the reservation. We accept MasterCard, VISA , Discover, and American Express. Our rates are based on single or double occupancy only. The balance is due in full at time of check-in. We recommend that you reserve your accommodations as early as possible. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please make special arrangements with the innkeepers . Check-out: 11:00 AM. Absolutely No Smoking . Oun Inn is a smoke free facility. Sorry, no pets allowed.
