Bear Lake Lodging is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. As a small lodge, cancellations affect us greatly. Please notify us 14 days prior to arrival date. If you have reserved the entire lodge, we will need 30 days notice. You will not be charged for rooms if given the above timely notice. There is a $20 process fee for canceling your reservation. Check-in Time -Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Special arrangements possible - call ahead. Check-out Time - 10 a.m. Reservations - Reservations require a 25% credit card deposit. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Full payment is due upon arrival. We gladly accept cash, check, or credit card for remaining balance - please note a 3% credit card fee will be charged. Extra Guests - Any more than two guests per room shall be subject to a charge of $15.00 per person per day. Room prices include daily maid service. However, tips are always appreciated. Well behaved children are welcome. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets. We are a NON-SMOKING facility. In Alaskan tradition, we ask that guest remove their shoes when insie the B&B. Absolutely NO COOKING is allowed by guests in rooms or common areas. Some of these policies are due to Home Owners Insurance restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for any reason at any time. Please contact us with any questions.
