Policies:

The Black Bear Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Due to our size, cancellations are a major issue. To receive a refund, we must know at least two weeks in advance. If you cancel under two weeks, refunds will be made only if the room is re-booked for the reserved night. A $25.00 processing charge applies to all cancellations. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Check-in Time -Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Unless specific arrangements are made with us ahead of time. Check-out Time - 11 a.m. Extra Guests - Any more than two guests per room shall be subject to a charge of $35.00 per person per day. Children - Children over the age of 10 may be allowed during ski season. Pets - No pets are allowed in rooms. Smoking - Smoking is permitted outside only. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged if we determine someone has smoked in the room during your stay. Reservations - Reservations require a valid credit card. We accept all major credit cards. Privacy - The Inn and grounds are open to guests only, unless arrangements have been made with the management. Please contact us with any questions.
