Inside Sales Representatives will: (1) Make outbound B2B calls (warm and cold) to generate qualified appointments for the senior sales team. (2) Start building their own pipeline of potential cusotmers. (3) Learn how to present and then give online tours of our products. (4) Receive customer support training.

This would be a good fit for anyone exploring a sales career or looking for that first real job after college. Advancement potential is ample as this position is the source for our Red Carpet Professional Sales Team.

  • Compensation could range from $13 to $18 per hour (hourly + Bonuses)
  • This position is full time, 8 - 5 pm, Monday - Friday
  • Closed weekends and major holidays

  • Experienced in making a high volume of outbound B2B calls and interaction with decision makers
  • Unintimidated by a sales call: eager to pick up the phone, ask effective questions and be an excellent listener
  • Unafraid of rejection and able to handle objections
  • Professional, courteous, confident self-starter, who is driven by success
  • Proficient with phones, internet tools and computer skills - ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Able to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Committed to enhancing a close team environment; accept training and direction
  • Keyboard proficient - pass test at minimum 40 wpm


  • 1 year or more of B2B outbound call experience
  • Any type of inside sales experience, lead generation or appointment setting is a plus
  • some college experience beneficial
