The Reservation Nexus gift certificates engine protects innkeepers from losing revenue through careful tracking of gift certificates. If a guest loses a gift certificate, a copy can be easily re-sent. Then once the guest has claimed the copy, Reservation Nexus will void out that gift certificate in case the guest returns with the original lost gift certificate

Reservation Nexus gift certificates are fully customizable but Reservation Nexus also has a libray of GC templates for innkeepers to use like in the sample below.

Once created, gift certificates can be set to sell online like your retail items and specials and packages. Gift certificates with large pictures are easily identifiable for guests. Once a gift certificate has been selected online, the guest fills out the text and address of the gift certificate.
