Birthday EmailsGuests are floored when they receive a birthday email from you. Most comment that it is the first time any inn has ever done so, even though they have stayed at dozens. What's wonderful is that many guests will reply and let you know that they are planning on coming back. We recommend keeping it simple on birthday emails. Don't try to up sell or promote anything to them on their birthday. Just wish them a happy birthday. |

Anniversary EmailsWe recommend sending two anniversary emails to your guests. The first should go out two to four weeks before their anniversary with an invitation to celebrate at your inn, and the second should go out on their anniversary, wishing them a happy anniversary. Don't be surprised if you become one of the spouse's best reminders of their anniversary! |

Integrated Credit Card Charges
Instantly charge cards when guests book online or by phone. It's quick, easy and a huge time saver. You can configure how much you want to automatically collect (dollar amount or percentage) when a reservation is made.
Reservation Nexus uses Authorize.net as a payment gateway because almost every processor integrates with them.
We are a reseller of Authorize.net and for our time and effort our rates are:

$12 monthly fee

Reservation Nexus has the most advanced specials & packages engine on the market. Create romance packages that include flowers and chocolates with their stay. Guests can receive discounts for staying multiple nights. Partner with local and national entertainment businesses to offer fun activities. Create promo codes such as AAA for offering special rates.
Group Reservations
If you handle weddings, corporate events or other group events, you can easily add and assign additional guests to each room, package and retail item. Separate bills can be created or one party can pay the entire bill.
Reservation Sources
Track where your reservations come from. If you use pay-per-clicks, you are able to enter tracking scripts from Google and Yahoo to track your sales.
