Unless your red carpet professional is out of the office, you will be greeted by the same person each time you call. Red Carpet Service

Reservation Nexus is committed to its Red Carpet Service. Each inn is assigned a service professional to help setup, train and answer any questions the inn may have. For coordination issues, normally only one person within an organization is authorized to contact Reservation Nexus for support issues. Additional support licenses may be purchased for your bed and breakfast, inn, hotel or lodge.

We can help you with:
  • A refresher on how to use an area within Reservation Nexus
  • Updating room pictures
  • Updating room rates (within reason)
  • Updating taxes
  • Changing your settings and preferences
  • Updating minimum nights
  • Understanding reports

Auto Pilot Templates

While we do love to assist you in learning how to create newsletter, holiday and promotional templates, in order to best serve you the following items should be prepared in advance:

  • Any pictures you want to use (preferrably sized to what you need if possible)
  • The exact text, copy or language of the email

In addition, make sure you schedule a time with your Red Carpet Professional well in advance so that you can send the email out on time.

Feature Requests

Got a great idea for improving Reservation Nexus? Please send them to requests at resnexus.com. We ask that you save up and organize your feature requests and then clearly explain why they are needed, plead your case and assign priority to each one. Organized and courteous requests are given priority. Send your organized requests to us at most monthly. Keep in mind that our job is to determine which feature requests will benefit the majority of our clients. Our team does review and approve those they feel will benefit all Reservation Nexus clients.
