I need to temporarily remove a room from being available online. How do I do that?

Once you log into Reservation Nexus go to Settings -> Rooms -> [Select the room].

Notice at the bottom of the ROOM INFORMATION page there are three options available with check boxes next to them. The options available here allow you to remove a room from being available online, require the room to be booked by phone, or include or remove a room from your reports.

Room Not Available Online



Check the box "This room is not available online." Click "Save" when you are done.

This option can be undone any time by returning to the ROOM INFORMATION page and unchecking "This room is not available online" and clicking "Save".
