How do I change our contact information?

Once you log into Reservation Nexus (ResNexus), go to Settings -> Information. This will open the HOTEL INFORMATION page.

However, because Information is the very first sub-category under Settings it will appear automatically when you log into Reservation Nexus (ResNexus) -> Settings. From here you can change or update your contact information.

Click "Save" when you are done. "Save" automatically updates your contact information into your Online Reservation System making it available immediately for guests booking online to view.
