How do I remove an employee from having access to your system?

Removing an employee's access to your system is easy and quick to do. Once you log into Reservation Nexus (ResNexus) go to Settings -> Staff. This will open the STAFF page.The STAFF page shows you everyone within your organization who has access to the Reservation Nexus (ResNexus) management system.

Click on the employee you wish to remove from accessing your system. This will pull up the employee's information.

Notice on the right hand side of the EMPLOYEE INFORMATION page that there are three blue links in the following order: Information, Advanced, Remove. Click on the blue link Remove. The REMOVE EMPLOYEE? page will appear.

The system will ask you again if you wish to remove this employee from Reservation Nexus (ResNexus). Check the remove box and click "Save".

If you want to grant an employee access again, the employee will have to be added to the system.
