Why does it say "call us" on the guest side?

There are a handful of reasons why a room is displayed "Call Us".

  • If you do not allow same-day online reservations, when guests selects today, all available rooms will be show up as "Call Us". You can turn this setting off in Settings -> Guest Reservations -> "Guests can book same-day reservations. If unchecked, the system indicates 'Call Us'".
  • If on the room's settings, you have checked "This room must be booked by phone".
  • If in the room reservations grid you checked the dates of that room and used the "Call" button to mark that room as "Call Us".
