My taxes are changing, how do I update them?

We highly recommend that you call us when updating your taxes. It doesn't hurt to to call your Red Carpet Professional to double check them with you.

Once you log into Reservation Nexus (ResNexus) go to Settings -> Taxes. Click "Add Tax". Add the new tax. If there are overlapping taxes where two or more taxes exist for a given date range, the first tax that was added is used.

Click "Save" when all desired information is added.
