How do I change my permitted arrival times as well as the preferred arrival time?

Once you log into Reservation Nexus (ResNexus) go to Settings -> Guest Reservations.

Go to "Arrival Times" and use the pull down slots to change permitted arrival times as well as the preferred arrival time. Double-check to make sure the times you have selected are the appropriate AM/PM hours.

Click "Save" when you are finished.
