Can I get confirmation emails sent to my cell phone?

Choosing to send confirmation e-mails to your cell phone instead of an e-mail address is one of the quickest ways to know when a guest has made a reservation on-line and allows you to contact them as soon as possible for any necessary changes or more information.

Once you log into Reservation Nexus (ResNexus) go to Settings -> Phone Reservations. This will open the PHONE RESERVATIONS page.

To send a confirmation e-mail to your cell phone type your number into the designated box Send a copy of all confirmation emails to my mobile phone: plus the given Mobile Phone Format for your cell phone carrier given in the same box.

Notice that in the same box, directly under Send a copy of all confirmation emails to any mobile phone is a list of Mobile Phone Formats to use according to your phone service.

For example, if your phone carrier is T-Mobile then into the box you would type mynumber@tmomail.net.

Click "Test Mobile" to receive a test copy sent to your phone.

Click "Save" to save all new information added.
