How do I know if the room is ready?

Once you log into Reservation Nexus go to Reservations -> Front Desk. The Front Desk page is divided into three groups: New Arrivals, Staying Over, and Departures. New Arrivals are displayed by the estimated arrival time. Staying Over and Departures are displayed by guest names.

Status of the room is displayed next to each room. If the room is ready, the status will be displayed Ready.

If you want to change room status, click on the pull-down box on this same page and select the status of the room. Don't forget to click "Save" at the bottom of the page to update the room status.
