How do I look up a reservation?

In order to look up a reservation you will need either the guest's phone number, name or reservation on hand.

Once you log into Reservation Nexus go to Reservations -> Search. Enter the guest?s phone number, name or reservation number. Reservations in RED were cancelled.

Click on the guest's reservation number highlighted in blue to pull up the guest's reservation information and other details.
