How do I know if I've already met my after-hour bookings amount for the year?

After-hour bookings are only one of 50+ reports within Reservation Nexus. Knowing the amount of reservations you take during the hours while you sleep is one of the important guarantees of Reservation Nexus. Any time you do not meet or take more in reservations that you pay for Reservation Nexus in a year, the following year on Reservation Nexus is free.

Once you log into Reservation Nexus go to Reports -> "After Hours". The After Hours link is located at the bottom of the page under the column labeled "Reservations".

This will open the AFTER HOURS BOOKING page. This report displays the number and revenue of after hour bookings (10 PM or later for each month). Simply click on the drop down boxes to select a date range and then click on "Update" to see the number and revenue of after hour bookings for your selected date range.

If the total number of revenue collected in after hour bookings in a year's subscription does not meet or exceed what you paid for in a year, then your next year of Reservation Nexus will be free.
