This is a minor release with the following enhancements:
- For those inns that would like to receive exactly the same confirmation e-mail the guest receives, in place of an abbreviated version, you can now do so in Settings -> Phone Reservations.
- There are now popup calendars for all date fields.
- You can now create $0 gift certificates.
- On the guest side, if you don't have any promo codes, the promo box is no longer visible.
- The staff member that records a payment is now displayed with the payment on the "Payments" tab.
- The staff member who makes a reservation or adds additional rooms is now displayed on the "Rooms" tab.
- The staff member who adds a discount is now displayed on the "Discounts" tab.
- There is a new commissions report under Reports -> Reservations -> By Staff Member. The staff member who originally created the reservation receives the credit even if additional items are added later. Tax is excluded from the amounts.
- We have limited when automated marketing e-mails can be sent as far as time of day. Late night e-mails really aggravate some email providers like AOL who are more likely to think its spam.
- You can no longer put in a custom charge date when using automated credit card processing.
- Fixed an issue where if you refunded a payment more than once, Authorize.net would return success even though no additional refund would be made. Reservation Nexus (ResNexus) now handles that situation correctly.
- We revamped adding retail items. You can now add multiple retail items at once, along with specifying the quantities. Who added the retail item is listed on "Retail".
- There is a new starting page for Settings.
- Fixed an issue where the Reservations Summary report was counting potential comps.
- General Managers can now add additional discount types. The new field is found on the "Add Discount" page when adding a discount to a reservation.
- On the "Payments" tab, the billing address, city, state, postal code and country are now displayed. That should make it so that if you are manually charging a credit card, that you have everything on the "Payments" tab.
- There is now an option for automatically taking you to the notes page when block or repairing rooms. It is found under Settings -> Phone Reservations down at the button in Options.
- When adding a room to an existing reservation, rooms are now sorted by class to make them more manageable.
- When adding discounts for an entire reservation, there are now options for rooms and retail.
