Then you receive a personalized over-the-phone training session to teach you the day-to-day tasks of using Reservation Nexus to record phone reservations, check-in guests, etc. All this happens during your trial period with no commitment on your end!

Your training session lasts about one to two hours, after which you will be a pro at using Reservation Nexus. You will learn how to take phone reservations, record payments and handle other front desk tasks. As you have questions, call your Red Carpet Professional. They will check in from time to time to make sure everything is going smoothly.
